クノロジーアーキテクト/ Technology Architect

A global digital services and consulting company is looking for a Technology Architect – ServiceNow. The selected candidate will lead ServiceNow solution delivery, support go-to-market and pre-sales activities, collaborate with global teams, and oversee design, testing, implementation, transition, and stakeholder training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ServiceNow demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
• Interface with key stakeholders as part of go-to-market activities
• Present ServiceNow features and value propositions to clients
• Identify areas for ServiceNow implementation and improvement
• Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence team in India and represent its solutions
• Support pre-sales and L2 support activities
• Lead ServiceNow delivery across design, testing, implementation, transition, and support activities
• Work on backlog finalisation and product backlog analysis
• Brief requirements to development teams
• Test final products to ensure functionality and alignment with requirements
• Conduct showcase sessions for stakeholders
• Conduct stakeholder training and support organisational change management
• Design, deploy, and operate ServiceNow in enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environments
• Work with ServiceNow Core Solution Offerings including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, CSM, GBS, and HRSD
• Apply understanding of IT infrastructure operations to ServiceNow delivery

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
• More than 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment
• Experience with ServiceNow Core Solution Offerings such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, CSM, GBS, and HRSD
• Understanding of IT infrastructure operations
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with ServiceNow implementation in small and mid-sized companies
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
• Possess a valid ServiceNow certification
