デリバリーリード/ Delivery Lead

A multinational business and technology transformation company is looking for a Delivery Lead – Guidewire Suite. The selected candidate will lead Guidewire Suite implementation projects, overseeing project planning, delivery, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and vendor performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall system development lifecycle for Guidewire Suite projects
• Develop and manage project plans with business partners and shared services teams
• Apply project management methodologies and lead IT programme teams
• Identify, manage, and resolve project issues and risks
• Conduct project meetings and monitor overall project progress
• Ensure vendor performance meets contractual requirements and agreed Service Level Agreements
• Provide technical and analytical support to project team members
• Coordinate stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience working on projects for Japanese clients on the vendor side
• Proven experience in stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of project management concepts and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with local delivery teams to identify and resolve client challenges
• Native level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud
• Possess a valid PMP certification with experience in Agile and/or Lean methodologies
• Proficient in English
