データアーキテクト/ Data Architect

An international digital services and consulting organisation is seeking a Technology Architect — Data & Analytics. The selected candidate will define scalable data management architectures, provide thought leadership, support pre-sales and solution design, and drive end-to-end data solution delivery. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients and provide thought leadership in data analytics and data engineering
• Define holistic data management system architectures covering functional and non-functional requirements
• Demonstrate business value through data architecture and solution design aligned with business scenarios
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish data management standards, guidelines, governing principles, and policies
• Identify use cases, document process flows and data flows, and define data management approaches and data models
• Specify data compliance, regulatory requirements, and access methods
• Create data reference architectures and frameworks
• Lead pre-sales activities, proposal creation, solution design, and end-to-end project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• More than 15 years of experience in IT
• More than 10 years of experience in data analytics architecture and solutioning
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan (Visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
• Bilingual level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in data analytics architecture, advanced analytics, data engineering, and data governance
• Ability to manage large-scale data analytics programmes, including data design, solution delivery, and team leadership
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, Collibra, Talend, or equivalent tools
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience leading teams and managing client expectations
• Software development lifecycle experience, with Agile methodology preferred
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in a global delivery model
