ソリューションアーキテクト/ Solution Architect

An international IT services company is looking for a Solution Architect. The selected candidate will develop solution strategies, manage solution quality, and drive client-focused innovation to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define solution strategy, vision, and execution roadmap
• Ensure solution quality meets or exceeds standards and support pursuit teams
• Identify gaps, design scalable solutions, and manage solution lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape solutions and penetrate key accounts
• Credentialize solutions by engaging clients through workshops, demos, and PoCs
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and position solutions with external partners
• Build strong relationships across service lines and external stakeholders
• Support demand generation and opportunity discovery in the Japan market
• Represent the company to enhance brand presence in Japan

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solution management methodology and roadmap execution
• Deep technical expertise in solution/delivery areas to design and credentialize solutions
• Strong knowledge of IT services and outsourcing with commercial acumen
• Ability to qualify deals and analyse business requirements
