ソリューションアーキテクト/ Solution Architect

A global IT consulting company is looking for a Solution Architect – Applications. The selected candidate will lead modernisation and AI-driven initiatives, including code migration, UI redesign, cloud architecture, and generative AI implementation to optimise enterprise applications. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead modernisation and AI initiatives for VB/VBScript/VB.NET to Java/JS/React migration
• Redesign UI architecture using React and AG-Grid for a responsive and standardised user experience
• Modernise backend APIs and Oracle databases while implementing secure, API-driven architectures
• Promote DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud adoption (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Implement AI-driven code analysis, automated testing, RAG infrastructure, and governance
• Collaborate with multiple COEs to design and execute comprehensive modernisation and AI strategies
• Prepare technical documentation and provide guidelines and training for development teams
• Coordinate stakeholders, multi-team projects, and vendor collaborations
• Conduct risk management and architecture oversight for large-scale projects

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect
• Practical experience with Java/Spring Boot, APIs, and microservices
• Experience analysing and converting VB/VBScript/VB.NET assets
• Prior experience with React/AG-Grid for frontend modernisation
• Experience with AWS architecture and cloud services
• Proven experience with generative AI/LLM for code conversion and analysis
• Experience in building and utilising RAG for business logic extraction
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2+); business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Intramart (IM-Workflow, IM-FormaDesigner)
• AG-Grid Enterprise experience
• Knowledge of SAML/OIDC/OAuth2/IAM security
• Possess a valid AWS certification (Architect/DevOps)
