機械メンテナンス担当/ Machine Maintenance Technician

A renowned IT service provider is looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician. The selected applicant will plan, design, and implement maintenance programs to optimise the availability and productivity of production-site facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to production needs
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, first-line troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations
• Monitor equipment performance, product quality, and output, and maintain daily and shift records
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams on recovery, recurrence prevention, and continuous improvement
• Follow safety, 5S, quality, and security requirements, and support audit preparation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above
• More than 3 years of relevant manufacturing or equipment experience
• Hands-on experience in equipment operation or maintenance
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, TPM, OEE, or 5S
• Experience with card issuance or encoding equipment
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or PC-controlled systems
• Knowledge of how to use hand tools and measuring tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
• Maintenance qualification or technical education
• Proficient in Japanese
