イクイップメントメンテナンステクニシャン/ Equipment Maintenance Technician

A multinational authentication, grading, and collectibles services company is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician. The selected candidate will perform preventative and unplanned maintenance, troubleshoot process machinery, support machine upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure quality production
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track preventative maintenance schedules for process machinery
• Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
• Perform machine upgrades and testing
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement maintenance logs, best practices, and operator-led maintenance tasks
• Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish standard maintenance procedures

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician
• Basic maths skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Basic computer skills, including email, Google Suite, and MS Office Suite
• Advanced hands-on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude
• Familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new processes and systems
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and perform repetitive physical movements
• Proficient in Japanese and English (level B1+)
