An international technology-driven manufacturing company is looking for a Department Sales Territories Manager. The selected candidate will lead territory sales strategy, drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, oversee sales execution, and develop high-performing teams in alignment with regional business priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver bookings, revenue, and gross margin objectives for the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute territory-level sales and business strategies aligned with regional priorities
  • Identify and drive new growth opportunities through market segmentation, penetration, and competitive positioning
  • Communicate market trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and new opportunities to management
  • Lead major sales calls, customer visits, and executive-level presentations
  • Build and expand strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and channel partners
  • Ensure disciplined opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health
  • Execute pricing strategies aligned with product and market positioning
  • Promote design-in driven selling in collaboration with FAE and Product Marketing teams
  • Guide teams in developing and executing action-oriented business plans using marketing and financial tools
  • Define and execute product revenue growth strategies through market analysis and segmentation
  • Translate business unit strategy into local execution and account-level plans
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales team members while fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Hold self and team members accountable for achieving commitments, goals, and ethical standards
  • Leverage product and service portfolios aligned with segment and business strategies to drive growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in sales leadership and territory management
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organisation, suppliers, and external customers
