事業販売マネージャー/ Business Sales Manager
A multinational maritime technology solutions company is looking for a New Business Sales Manager – Maritime. The selected candidate will drive new customer acquisition, secure recurring revenue, and expand market presence through consultative sales and strategic account development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential new customers within the maritime segment
- Develop and execute structured sales strategies to capture new accounts
- Engage internal global teams to support new business acquisition efforts
- Conduct customer-facing meetings and travel within the assigned area
- Deliver sales proposals and negotiate commercial contracts to secure recurring revenue
- Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to support product and service development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
- Proven experience capturing new market share in a competitive MSP or ICT environment
- Experience in consultative selling and engaging C-level decision makers
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Possess a valid passport and authorisation to work in Japan; and a driver’s licence
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Possess a valid MBA qualification
- Knowledge of the maritime industry
