カスタマーサービス担当者/ Customer Services Representative

An international electrical solutions company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will manage customer enquiries, process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, support internal stakeholders, and deliver excellent customer service through efficient order management and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer enquiries and order placement via phone and email
• Manage sales order processing and invoicing functions
• Process orders within agreed cycle times and ensure order accuracy
• Update customers on open order status
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare shipping documents requiring customs clearance
• Liaise with technical experts to address warranty and help desk enquiries
• Collaborate with sales, service, technical teams, and other internal support functions to resolve or escalate customer issues
• Track and manage project orders with internal stakeholders
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and SAP system upgrades
• Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high service standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in customer service or customer support roles
• Experience working in challenging and technical environments
• Experience in CRM management and navigation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SAP
