クライアントリレーションシップマネージャー / Client Relationship Manager
A global consulting services organisation is seeking a Client Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will drive business development, manage key client relationships, and deliver consulting and account management solutions to support long-term client success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the business development process across new and existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Introduce services and solutions through meetings, RFP responses, conferences, and presentations
- Apply account management principles to support client business performance improvement
- Develop relationships across multiple levels within client organisations
- Develop new clients within target markets
- Deliver client training, facilitation, and coaching as required
- Maintain and update sales systems for forecasting and performance reporting
- Leverage social media to create positioning and sales opportunities
- Role model structured thinking processes and approaches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 7 years of working experience in business development, account management, or sales-oriented roles
- Experience in stakeholder-rich environments such as B2B sales, consulting, or external negotiations
- Experience in professional services or related industries is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interest in sales and business development activities
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
Preferred requirements:
- Industry experience in automotive, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technology sectors
- Possess a valid MBA or other relevant higher qualification or progression towards such qualification
