積算士/ Quantity Surveyor

A global consultancy services company is looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor. The selected candidate will deliver Mechanical or Electrical quantity surveying services, manage project costs, and support project coordination and reporting across multiple assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Promote company capabilities and expand market share through successful project delivery
• Support project teams across multiple or individual projects as required
• Coordinate project communications, reporting, and deliverables for MEP services
• Manage assigned project tasks to ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality expectations
• Assist clients and project teams in preparing and updating cost items and cost reports
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and expectations
• Review and analyse quotations and project progress reports
• Forecast project work and monitor ongoing progress
• Participate in professional development and learning activities

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills
• Ability to understand and provide concise instructions
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
• Proficient in English
