営業アカウントマネージャー/ Sales Account Manager
A global engineering software company is seeking a Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive solution sales to automotive and aerospace manufacturers while supporting technical discussions and managing key customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver proposal-based sales of software tools to engineers at automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Engage with development teams to understand simulation needs, technical requirements, and project objectives
- Collaborate with sales engineers to define technical specifications and solution proposals
- Build and maintain relationships with R&D and advanced development departments
- Gather and analyse customer development information to support solution positioning
- Support budgeting, timeline management, and coordination of sales activities
- Contribute to solution implementation discussions and ensure alignment with customer expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical, information, or control systems
- More than 2 years of corporate sales experience across any industry
- Professional level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Knowledge of ECU, control systems, or simulation
- Experience in OEM or Tier 1 automotive sales
- Continuous self-study in model-based development trends
