A global engineering software company is seeking a Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive solution sales to automotive and aerospace manufacturers while supporting technical discussions and managing key customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proposal-based sales of software tools to engineers at automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Engage with development teams to understand simulation needs, technical requirements, and project objectives
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to define technical specifications and solution proposals
  • Build and maintain relationships with R&D and advanced development departments
  • Gather and analyse customer development information to support solution positioning
  • Support budgeting, timeline management, and coordination of sales activities
  • Contribute to solution implementation discussions and ensure alignment with customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical, information, or control systems
  • More than 2 years of corporate sales experience across any industry
  • Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

  • Knowledge of ECU, control systems, or simulation
  • Experience in OEM or Tier 1 automotive sales
  • Continuous self-study in model-based development trends
