An international sustainable packaging solutions organisation is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, manage distribution partners, develop key accounts, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve regional targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and annual sales revenue targets within the assigned region
  • Manage and develop relationships with distribution channel partners
  • Identify, prospect, and manage target and key accounts
  • Prepare and update quarterly business plans, CRM data, and activity reports
  • Review business opportunities regularly with distribution partners
  • Provide sales and product support to distributors, end users, and potential customers
  • Plan and conduct visits to key, target, and new accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across market segments
  • Train and support distributor sales teams with product knowledge and sales skills
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across internal teams and distribution networks
  • Act as a strategic partner for marketing and sales channel initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with business plans and sales methodologies

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in industrial sales
  • Experience in logistics and or packaging industry and working with distribution channel partners
  • Experience in solution-based sales
  • Strong commercial drive with proven sales track record
  • Knowledge of consultative and solution-based selling
  • Ability to develop business plans and manage CRM tools
  • Possess a valid driving licence
  • Professional level Japanese and English
