A foreign manufacturing company is searching for a Key Account Manager. The chosen candidate will be analysing industry trends, developing strong customer relationships, and representing the company as a trusted solutions expert.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse industry trends and identify opportunities to define winning strategies for market penetration
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with decision makers and influencers in Engineering, Design, and R&D teams
  • Represent the company with integrity, speed, and technical excellence, positioning as a trusted solutions expert
  • Manage key accounts, projects, and product portfolios while expanding the sales funnel through new markets and applications
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor customer strategies, industry trends, and competitor activities to shape project pipeline and business approach
  • Prepare market reports, business proposals, and recommendations to support decision-making and ramp-up of new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience in managing complex business projects across different locations, cultures, and stakeholder groups
  • Strong knowledge of market segments such as General Industries (construction
    machinery, power generation systems, automotive or other comparable industries) or Precision Machinery & Machine Tools
  • Demonstrated track record in technical sales and marketing within a multinational environment
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Proficient in English
