営業担当/ Sales Representative
An international laser machinery company is looking for a Sales Representative (B2B). The selected candidate will drive nationwide sales of laser equipment, manage end-to-end sales opportunities, and contribute to market share growth and brand development in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage own sales opportunities and coordinate internally with Technical Support teams
- Prospect and develop new leads while managing opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Utilise databases to re-engage previous sales opportunities and customers
- Build and expand customer networks through research and direct prospecting activities
- Present, demonstrate, and explain hardware and software solutions to prospective clients
- Liaise with HQ including Product Management, R&D, and Production teams
- Study global and local sales cases to improve sales effectiveness
- Manage sales pipelines, budgets, targets, and performance outcomes effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of experience in B2B machinery or similar equipment sales in Japan
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business results
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and prioritise effectively
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Business level English
