営業担当/ Sales Representative

An international laser machinery company is looking for a Sales Representative (B2B). The selected candidate will drive nationwide sales of laser equipment, manage end-to-end sales opportunities, and contribute to market share growth and brand development in Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage own sales opportunities and coordinate internally with Technical Support teams
  • Prospect and develop new leads while managing opportunities in Salesforce CRM
  • Utilise databases to re-engage previous sales opportunities and customers
  • Build and expand customer networks through research and direct prospecting activities
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain hardware and software solutions to prospective clients
  • Liaise with HQ including Product Management, R&D, and Production teams
  • Study global and local sales cases to improve sales effectiveness
  • Manage sales pipelines, budgets, targets, and performance outcomes effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 10 years of experience in B2B machinery or similar equipment sales in Japan
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business results
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and prioritise effectively
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Business level English
