A multinational industrial coatings company is looking for a Sales Representative. The selected candidate will manage key accounts, support customers, and develop sales in the Industrial Coatings business.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all functions in line with Blueprint objectives, P&L process, and goals for Safety, Quality, Business Conduct, Code of Ethics, Responsible Care, EEO, and Financial Performance
  • Drive customer support activities by resolving problems on customer sites and seeking necessary internal support
  • Demonstrate strong Key Account Management competencies and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Japan and abroad to secure technical and product support for planned business results

Requirements:

  • Good teamwork and reporting skills to key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently without waiting for instructions
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Japan and overseas if needed
  • Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

  • Working experience in the coatings industry, especially in Heavy Duty Equipment areas
  • Possess a valid driving licence
