A multinational electronics solutions company is seeking an Inside Sales professional. The selected candidate will engage with customers, develop new business, and support sales strategy through data analysis and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide initial product selection support and address technical questions
  • Propose relevant products based on purchase history
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and identify business opportunities
  • Handle order errors, delivery delays, and product defects in coordination with internal teams
  • Collect, report, and analyse sales data to support strategic planning
  • Coordinate with marketing and share information with field sales and technical teams
  • Communicate with global headquarters through emails and meetings in English

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales (Inside Sales experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of electronic components or semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Excel
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
