ビジネスラインマネージャー/ Business Line Manager

A global industrial equipment company is looking for a Business Line Manager. The selected candidate will lead the service strategy, drive business growth, and deliver best-in-class after-sales solutions tailored to the Japanese market. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term service strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify new service opportunities and expand offerings, including agreements, upgrades, and digital services
• Manage full P&L responsibility, optimising pricing, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Lead and develop a diverse service team to achieve operational excellence
• Build strong customer relationships, ensuring service quality and satisfaction
• Drive service sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Promote adoption of digital service tools and predictive maintenance models
• Integrate sustainability and energy efficiency into service offerings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in the industrial equipment industry, including direct sales and product management
• 7–10 years of experience in service management or after-sales business in industrial sectors
• Proven leadership experience in a multinational or matrix organisation
• Familiar with digital tools, including CRM and e-commerce
• Fluent level written and verbal English
