A multinational manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Manager (Filtration). The chosen applicant will be responsible for enhancing sales volume with existing and new accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategy for the business growth of Filtration and EMG businesses
  • Maintain effective communication with global business/product teams
  • Develop annual marketing plans for sales growth
  • Actively call on key accounts, distributors and coach responsible people to develop strong customer relationships
  • Implement strategies to recognize new revenue and margin opportunities
  • Strategically manage the development and implementation of appropriate responses from competitors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or above in business, marketing, or engineering (MBA is a plus)
  • More than 7 years of sale, marketing, or product management experience
  • Knowledge of product applications, competition and markets
  • Background in OEMs and distribution
  • Revenue accountability: $ 14M based on FY25 sales forecast
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Japanese and English
