IRF ビジネス開発マネージャー/ IRF Business Development Manager

A global industrial equipment company is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth and strategic account development in Japan’s Industrial Refrigeration sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow IRF sales in Japan through key partners
• Build long-term relationships and increase share of wallet with IRF customers
• Engage proactively with customers and support via the primary market representative
• Drive value creation through end-user pulls for retrofit and decarbonization projects
• Facilitate and conduct product and sales training for partners and end users
• Collaborate and align with internal and external stakeholders for effective execution
• Manage stakeholder relationships across operational and executive levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics) or hard science discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, system design, or equipment installation in HVAC or Refrigeration
• Experience in sales to wholesalers and industrial or project-driven environments
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within Japan and occasionally abroad
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 600+)
