シニアカスタマークオリティマネージャー/ Senior Customer Quality Manager

A global electronic components manufacturer is looking for a Senior Customer Quality Manager. The selected candidate will lead customer quality strategy, OEM relationship management, issue resolution, and team development to drive quality performance and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer quality scorecards, reports, and timely communication of quality data
• Lead global quality initiatives for key Japanese OEM accounts with overseas plant support
• Develop customer quality roadmaps aligned with performance goals and strategic targets
• Drive cross-functional resolution of quality issues with engineering, plants, and suppliers
• Represent the business in customer meetings, audits, quality reviews, and cost-sharing discussions
• Lead the Customer Quality team while strengthening continuous improvement and customer focus

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business management, or related technical domain
• More than 15 years of experience in automotive product delivery or/and quality management (global or regional role is ideal)
• Experience in program management and customer-facing quality roles with negotiation record
• Prior experience with QMS standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ASPICE, ISO 26262
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing, software development, and customer quality requirements
• Skilled in FTA/Fishbone, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel and support global OEMs and suppliers
• Professional level Japanese
