品質保証マネージャー/ QA Manager

A multinational mobility solutions company is looking for a QA Manager. The selected candidate will lead quality systems, quality engineering, and IMS compliance across development and production. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead quality control authority across production, shipment, development, and manufacturing phases
• Deploy global quality policies and coordinate with global teams on quality standards
• Manage the Quality Management System, including continuous improvement, document control, and internal audits
• Assign projects to Quality Engineers and oversee resources to meet program targets
• Resolve warranty claims, customer claims, internal issues, and supplier-related nonconformities
• Drive quality objectives, corrective actions, preventive actions, and best practice deployment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality System or Engineering or related field
• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry (manufacturing company is ideal)
• Experience in auditing
• Understanding of ISO 9001-2015 & IATF 16949-2016 system implementation and auditing
• Prior knowledge of the quality core tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, DOE and Control Plans)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience of management team, facilitation and total quality management
