プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

An international food and beverage technology company is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead project planning, resource allocation, team coordination, cost and schedule control, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project closure to ensure successful delivery. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, work breakdown structures, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk management plans
• Manage project scope and requirements changes through change control procedures
• Allocate and coordinate human, material, and financial resources to optimise utilisation and balance team workloads
• Lead and motivate project teams while clarifying roles, responsibilities, and task assignments
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to prevent delays
• Control project budgets, track expenses, and prevent cost overruns
• Prepare regular project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Identify project risks and develop prevention and response plans
• Resolve project issues and obstacles to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate project status, manage stakeholder expectations, and collect feedback
• Maintain relationships with clients and related parties and resolve conflicts and unexpected issues
• Track project milestones and support achievement of project objectives
• Complete project records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate project acceptance, summaries, and experience reviews to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Experience in project planning and scheduling using Office and Gantt charts
• Experience in budget planning and cost control
• Knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
• Knowledge of scope management and change control
• Knowledge of quality assurance and deliverable management
• Familiarity with project management tools including MS Project and AutoCAD
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
