プラントプロジェクトリーダー/ Plant Project Leader

A multinational mobility solutions company is looking for a Plant Project Leader. The selected candidate will manage new program industrialisation, plant improvement initiatives, design changes, and manufacturing efficiency projects from development through production launch.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new project development and industrialization through start of production
• Manage cross-functional project deliverables, timelines, quality, cost, and production targets
• Support industrial process implementation, equipment planning, and production layout optimisation
• Lead product design changes while managing operational risks and related process or supply chain adjustments
• Coordinate digital manufacturing and automation initiatives, including stakeholder training and handover
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency, ergonomics, savings, and ROI

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, Technical or Business
• 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
• Fluent level English (Japanese is a plus)
