プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A global engineering and manufacturing company is looking for a Product Manager. The successful candidate will support product development, provide technical support to customers, coordinate with global engineering teams, and drive business growth for anti-vibration and belt drive system products. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and promote ABS-related products with the sales team
• Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Coordinate with overseas technical centres to support project nominations and validation activities
• Understand customer specifications, regulations, and testing requirements to ensure accurate project execution
• Prepare design proposals, test reports, and technical documentation while managing project schedules
• Respond to technical inquiries and support customer projects throughout the development process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
• Engineering experience in mechanical engineering, material science, or a related discipline
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CAD/SolidWorks
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in FEA simulation
• Experience in the automotive or industrial market as a sales or application engineer
• Knowledge of numerical simulation
• Knowledge of French or Chinese
