部門マネージャー/ Division Manager

A global industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Division Manager. The selected candidate will drive operational efficiency, manage key KPIs and costs, and lead the Operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operations from order receipt and procurement through delivery
• Manage relationships with overseas factories, suppliers and logistics partners
• Monitor and improve delivery, inventory, logistics cost and customer service KPIs
• Optimise inventory levels and reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock
• Apply quality, cost, delivery and safety principles across operations
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and operational efficiency
• Manage departmental budgets and assess inventory and logistics costs against financial performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Technical Service and overseas stakeholders
• Lead, develop and manage the Operations team
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions to senior management

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or operations
• Experience as a Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Prior experience managing multiple operational areas (procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics or production planning)
• Proven experience in KPI management, process improvement and problem-solving
• Knowledge of P&L, balance sheet and inventory accounting
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior international logistics, import operations and Incoterms experience
• Proven experience using SAP, WMS or another ERP system
• Previous Lean, Kaizen, 5S or other continuous-improvement methodologies experience
