ビジネスディレクター/ Business Director

A renowned food brand is looking for a Business Director. The selected candidate will define the company’s growth strategy, oversee financial and operational performance, and accelerate retail expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Define a five-year strategy to achieve annual sales growth of more than 20%
• Manage business P&L and deliver revenue and store-level EBITDA targets
• Improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and production capacity
• Oversee headquarters and store operations to ensure key performance targets are met
• Establish efficient supply models and optimise products for local, seasonal, and customer demand
• Develop new store formats and maintain strong engagement across store leadership and teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience developing and executing long-term business strategies
• Prior leadership experience with full P&L accountability within food retail, bakery, café, or similar sectors with in-store production capabilities
• Knowledge of retail operations, in-store production, and staff training
• Fluent level English and Japanese
