地域契約マネージャー/ Regional Contracts Manager

A global aerospace and defense manufacturer is looking for a Regional Contracts Manager. The selected candidate will manage commercial proposals, contract negotiations, post-sales obligations, and strategic projects across the regional business.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate responses to customer RFPs and RFQs, including scope, schedules, and technical compliance
• Prepare pricing proposals and supporting documents using internal sales tools
• Negotiate contractual terms with private-sector and government customers
• Draft, review, and interpret commercial contracts, amendments, and partnership agreements
• Monitor contractual obligations, mitigate delivery and payment risks, and support aircraft deliveries
• Maintain contract management systems and oversee compliance, administrative, and regional projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a related domain
• More than 8 years of experience in the negotiation and administration of commercial aerospace proposals and contracts
• Experience in the Aerospace Industry
• Bilingual level reading, written, and spoken English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of UCC, international acquisition regulations and processes and commercial agreements
