事業運営マネージャー/ Business Operations Manager

A renowned industrial company is looking for a Business Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee business operations, lead administrative and service teams, and improve processes across sales, warehouse, HR, and customer service functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and streamline administrative processes
• Develop office, warehouse, and service procedures to support business growth
• Support sales activities through reporting, tender preparation, customer enquiries, vendor management, and marketing coordination
• Lead the Service Department and drive cross-functional operational improvements
• Manage payroll coordination, commission reviews, inventory control, stock management, and special projects
• Supervise administration and warehouse teams while ensuring HR, health and safety, and ISO 9001 compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in Operations, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related leadership role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level written and verbal Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 700+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience managing administrative, warehouse, or service operations
