製造エクセレンスサイトマネージャー/ Manufacturing Excellence Site Manager

A global food manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Site Manager. The selected candidate will lead site excellence initiatives, drive KPI performance, support continuous improvement, and deploy digital manufacturing programs. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy manufacturing excellence processes, coaching, and pillar workstreams across the site
• Lead target setting, hoshin planning, and performance deployment activities
• Manage KPI reporting, performance insights, RCA activities, and corrective action planning
• Coordinate daily management routines, team board meetings, and monthly operational reviews
• Build loss mapping, productivity pipelines, and site improvement plans
• Drive MES adoption, I4.0 initiatives, benchmark activities, and health check action plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Food)
• Experience in implement Continuous Improvement process (TPM, Lean Supply Chain)
• Prior experience in working and leading initiatives in multicultural environment
• Prior experience in leading areas of Supply Chain (Manufacturing Operations, Planning, Logistic/Distribution and Procurement)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience of cultural change management processes
