予備部品業務マネージャー/ Spare Parts Operations Manager

A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Spare Parts Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee spare parts operations, order management, customer service, inventory control, logistics, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage spare parts and conversion orders from inquiry to final delivery
• Prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate documentation, and arrange delivery handling
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, repairs, and returns while maintaining service quality
• Control workshop and consignment inventory, including replenishment, adjustment, and stocktaking
• Analyse spare parts sales performance and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Lead operational improvement initiatives across service, supply chain, and technical teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or industrial machinery-related operations
• Experience in import or export
• Prior ERP experience (SAP is a plus)
• Proven B2B parts or industrial machinery experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English (TOEIC 800+)
