製造部門ゼネラルマネージャー/ Manufacturing General Manager

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing General Manager. The selected candidate will support plant operations, drive manufacturing performance, oversee strategic projects, and strengthen operational systems to support business growth and organisational capability development.

Responsibilities:

• Support product development, equipment development, process development, and customer development strategies
• Establish operational standards, training systems, and evaluation standards for new products and manufacturing processes
• Assist in cascading corporate KPIs and strategic objectives to operational teams
• Develop project plans and monitor execution status
• Identify risks and coordinate problem-solving actions
• Support organisational capability development and talent identification
• Strengthen team collaboration and organisational culture
• Improve problem-solving mechanisms, decision-making processes, and operational frameworks
• Support manufacturing process and management system improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related disciplines
• More than 8 years of experience in new energy battery manufacturing or large-scale manufacturing industries
• More than 3 years of experience in middle-to-senior management positions within manufacturing environments
• Experience managing large-scale production operations and cross-regional team collaboration
• Experience leading annual operational KPI deployment and execution
• Experience in cost control and operational efficiency improvement projects
• Strong knowledge of lithium battery production processes, equipment management, and quality management systems
• Expertise in production management, engineering processes, ISO9001, and IATF16949
• Proficiency in ERP, MES, EHS, MS Project, Gantt charts, risk management matrices, advanced Excel functions, and Power BI
• Fluent level English
