国際クレーム・市場アクセス担当マネージャー/ Intl. Claim & Market Access Manager

A renowned cosmetics and beauty products company is looking for an International Claim & Market Access Manager. The selected candidate will lead claim substantiation, regulatory risk assessment, and global market access initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and standardise international claim substantiation processes across regions
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments aligned with country-specific requirements
• Develop impactful product claims based on clinical data and formulation insights
• Analyse competitor claims and communication to identify strategic opportunities
• Manage market access activities including product registration and team supervision
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive regulatory alignment and advocacy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant scientific or regulatory affairs domain
• More than 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, claims management, and market access (within the cosmetics industry in Japan is a plus)
• Knowledge of the product development process within an R&I environment
• Understanding of worldwide cosmetic regulation
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
