施設管理責任者/ Facilities Manager

A global medical device company is looking for a Facilities Manager. The selected candidate will oversee facility operations, vendor management, budgeting, and team leadership to ensure efficient and compliant workplace services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute facility maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects
• Develop lease strategies and optimise office space, including relocations
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations
• Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality
• Oversee budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports
• Lead teams, improve processes, and manage internal services and DE&I initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• More than 5 years of experience in facility management or general affairs
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget control
• Understanding of Japanese labour safety laws and building regulations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
