Country Director

An international technology company is seeking a Country Director. The selected candidate will drive strategy, manage high-performing teams, and lead sales and partnerships to exceed business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute country strategy aligned with regional goals
• Achieve and exceed revenue, order, and income targets
• Drive pipeline growth and manage high-quality sales and channel partner processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams to strengthen GTM execution
• Lead and coach a team of channel account managers and support functions
• Drive continuous improvement through strategic initiatives beyond direct responsibilities
• Represent the company externally and build strong executive-level relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Business preferred
• More than 15 years of experience in B2B technology sales
• 3–5 years of sales management experience
• Proven experience in developing GTM strategies and selling through channels to end-users
• Experience in building technology, HVAC, or similar industries is a strong plus
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and support teams
• Ability to drive change, build talent, and lead strategic initiatives
