フィールドサービスプロジェクトマネージャー/ Field Service Project Manager

A global energy solutions provider is looking for a Field Service Project Manager / First Responder. The selected candidate will manage field service projects, customer relationships, service contracts, and technical support for gas turbine operations across APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage field service projects and coordinate on-site service activities
• Oversee service contracts from commercial and technical perspectives
• Act as the primary contact for customer requirements, inquiries, and service coordination
• Maintain CRM records and prepare reports in Japanese and English
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for field service requirements
• Support major gas turbine service activities, including exchanges, installation, overhaul, and start-up assistance

Requirements:

• Experience as an LM Gas Turbine Aeroderivative Engine Project Manager
• Excellent contract management skills (commercial and technical aspects)
• Fluent level written and verbal English; proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience supporting gas turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and overhaul activities
• Prior controls and instrumentation engineering background
