アプリケーションサイエンティスト/ Application Scientist

A global manufacturing company is seeking an Application Scientist – Dairy, Beverage, and Specialised Nutrition. The selected candidate will lead application studies and develop solutions to support customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate application studies to evaluate product value
• Develop scientific application solutions tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing to align support with business opportunities
• Deliver training and technical seminars for customers and internal teams
• Document trials accurately to support innovation and patents
• Manage SOPs and equipment operation within the segment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in food engineering, and chemical process technology
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in dairy application both liquid and fermentable
• Prior experience in manufacturing is ideal
• Understanding of dairy, beverage, and plant-based science
• Native level Japanese; proficient in verbal and written English
