フィールドサービススペシャリスト/ Field Service Specialist

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Field Service Specialist (Electromechanical). The selected candidate will deliver technical field support, machinery commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical after-sales support to external and internal customers
• Supervise machinery installation, commissioning, and customer training
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergency field support
• Support sales teams with technical input and service planning
• Coordinate service and capex delivery projects with customers and internal teams
• Participate in FAT testing, product development, and spare parts sales support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or mechatronic engineering
• Experience in installation and troubleshooting industrial machinery
• Proficient in MS Office Suite or similar application
• Skilled in CAD or similar application
• Japanese citizens or PR may apply
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering in plywood or other
  wood processing industries
