シニアフィールドサービスエンジニア/ Senior Field Service Engineer

A multinational industrial solutions company is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer. The selected candidate will support customer production operations through machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and continuous customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Visit customers regularly to supervise production, provide efficiency records and service reports, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support customer production by maintaining machines at high operational efficiency
• Handle machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, modification, and inspection system fine-tuning
• Maintain and modify PLC programmes and equipment
• Provide technical training and technical support to customers
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and coordinate spare parts stocking with customers
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in automation or an engineering background
• More than 8 years of experience in field service engineering, including machine installation and commissioning
• Experience in beverage, food, or dairy product industries
• Advanced electrical engineering skills for servo-driven, PLC, and MLC equipment
• Familiarity with Yaskawa, Rexroth MLC, or Siemens S7-300 series
• Native level Japanese; beginner level English
