プロジェクトエンジニア/ Project Engineer

A renowned industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for a Project Engineer. The selected candidate will coordinate machine sales projects and support pre-sales activities, ensuring smooth execution from order to site acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee machine sales projects from order to site acceptance, coordinating with internal and external teams
• Ensure timely shipment, installation, and commissioning in collaboration with HQ and local teams
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm technical scope and delivery
• Create and improve technical documentation and support pre-sales testing and demos
• Share project feedback internally and comply with company safety, quality, and communication standards

Requirements:

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrotechnical or industrial machines
• Understanding of AutoCAD is ideal
• Familiarity with industrial process
• Native level written and spoken Japanese; proficient in English (French is a plus)
