サービスチームリーダー/ Service Team Leader

A multinational oil and gas company is looking for a Service Team Leader. The selected candidate will lead technician operations, ensuring efficient service scheduling and support.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop service technicians
• Coordinate service schedules and travel plans across regions
• Ensure technicians are equipped with necessary tools and resources
• Facilitate internal support for field technicians
• Manage service reports, expenses, and tool data systems
• Track unresolved issues and escalate when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical technology is ideal
• More than 3 years of experience in customer service
• More than 3 years of experience in a technical field
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and BaanLN
• Knowledge of Injection Molding Machines, Molds, and Auxiliaries
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Proficient in English and Japanese
