プロダクトデザインエンジニア/ Product Design Engineer

A global electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Product Design Engineer. The selected candidate will design and develop board-to-board connectors, manage product launches, and provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop board-to-board connectors for the automotive market
• Launch products following the established product development process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing
• Coordinate with external suppliers for design and production requirements
• Address customer inquiries and implement necessary adjustments
• Provide technical support and drive product improvements throughout the lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or material physics engineering
• More than 10 years of experience in connector product design and development experiments
• Experience with 3D-CAD (NX a plus) and creating engineering drawings
• Native level Japanese; business level English
