アプリケーションエンジニア/ Applications Engineer

A renowned equipment manufacturing company is looking for an Applications Engineer. The selected candidate will support key OEM accounts, deliver technical solutions, improve processes, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Champion customer service, product quality, and organic business growth
• Advise key OEM accounts on technical solutions and product applications
• Coordinate ETO opportunities between customers and internal customisation teams
• Develop technical documentation and support materials for stakeholders and customers
• Lead advanced troubleshooting to identify root causes and resolve complex issues
• Drive process improvements, training programs, and industry-facing technical support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemical engineering or a related technical domain (Master's degree in engineering is ideal)
• More than 4 years of professional experience ((internships or co-ops is preferred)
• Prior sales, manufacturing or engineering experience within a manufacturing division
• Knowledge of engineering principles
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English and Japanese (Korean is ideal)
