シニアTAスペシャリスト/ Sr. TA Specialist

A global construction equipment and technology company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will lead recruitment strategy, talent sourcing, employer branding and recruitment projects across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with hiring plans
• Coordinate hiring requirements, timelines and processes with business divisions
• Define job requirements, create job postings and source qualified candidates
• Manage direct recruitment, recruitment agencies and candidate relationships
• Lead employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent pool initiatives
• Plan graduate recruitment, recruitment events and cross-functional HR projects

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as a recruiter
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with external recruiting agencies and partners
• Prior experience in project management or project coordination
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Business level reading and spoken English (TOEIC 800+ is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience using a global ATS
• Proven recruitment experience (external agencies and in-house HR roles)
