HRリクルーティングスーパーバイザー/ HR Recruiting Supervisor

A global hospitality company is looking for an HR Recruiting Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding and recruitment reporting while supporting hiring needs across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily headcount and recruitment status reports to maintain accurate hiring data
• Drive end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and sourcing through interviews, offers and onboarding
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using social media, educational institutions and internal talent channels
• Lead structured interviews for supervisor, manager and senior-level positions and align hiring with business needs
• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, evaluations, references and pre-employment requirements
• Monitor recruitment metrics, provide weekly updates to management and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Knowledge of employer branding and sourcing strategies
• Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Professional level Japanese and English
