TAマネージャー/ TA Manager

A renowned energy company is looking for a TA Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, employer branding, recruitment analytics, compliance, and the implementation of a recruiting module across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
• Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
• Develop candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels
• Support employer branding and recruitment communications
• Monitor recruitment data and provide relevant hiring insights
• Ensure recruitment activities follow relevant standards and practices
• Manage recruitment resources and budgets effectively
• Improve recruitment processes, tools, and overall hiring strategies
• Lead and develop the recruitment team
• Support the implementation and enhancement of recruitment systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or related domain
• More than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition
• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Understanding of sourcing channels/platforms, systems, tools and best practices
• Knowledge of labour laws and equal employment opportunity guidelines
• Professional level Japanese and English
