Function
You will be focused on attracting returning Japanese working professionals from across the globe to ensure their next career transition is as smooth and successful as possible. You will help expanding the community of global Japanese talents through head hunts and continuously engage with them through marketing activities such as event, making online contents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for seeking returning Japanese Professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter Tool.
• Talent pipelining candidates by using company databases, advertising, referrals, tailored mail-outs, calling cycles, networking, expat networking groups and referrals.
• Conducting candidate CV screening, assessment interviews online
• Provide advice on the job market conditions by keeping up to date with trends and industry insights
• Keeping in constant contact with the local recruitment team (your colleagues) to understand their future and immediate requirements from clients to help you pipeline candidates
• Ensuring all candidates has a good experience and their expectations are managed through good communication
• Marketing Robert Walters services and providing career advice, guidance and market information
• Develop relationships with relevant industry and networking bodies and with key contacts within the Robert Walters global business

Must-to-have requirements

• Native or equivalent level of Japanese
• Business level of English to communicate well with colleagues

Preferred requirements

• Ideally possess overseas-based experience and a strong appreciation of market dynamics as well as the ability to work across senior candidates.
• Experience in global candidate Sourcing. Overseas Hiring or Internal recruitment
• Genuine interest in people’s career, well-being, and exploring opportunity together
• Excellent communication and good listening skills
• Proactive and positive approach with a team ethic
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle multiple requests
• Persistence, resilience, drive, and determination to succeed
