タレントアクイジションスペシャリスト/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
A global e-commerce company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience during a period of continued expansion. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer coordination
- Conduct candidate screening and interview management across multiple roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through inbound and outbound sourcing strategies
- Utilise creative multi-channel sourcing approaches to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Use recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to optimise hiring strategies and processes
Requirements:
- More than 4 years of experience in recruitment in Japan
- Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies to attract and close passive candidates
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and strategic sourcing tools
- Hands-on experience conducting candidate phone screenings
- Experience analysing recruitment metrics and adapting hiring strategies
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
- Near native level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in recruitment across other APAC regions
- Experience in dynamic and growth-oriented organisations
