採用担当者/ Recruiter

An international semiconductor company is looking for a Recruiter. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborate with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and support hiring initiatives aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and counsel recruiting stakeholders
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent needs and hiring priorities
• Source and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment processes
• Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
• Negotiate offers and support talent acquisition activities
• Lead or participate in recruiting projects related to ramps, mergers, acquisitions, and process improvements
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights
• Maintain recruiting system data and generate relevant reports
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, external vendors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in recruitment, direct sourcing, and stakeholder management
• Experience leading professional hiring or executing scouting strategies
• Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and generating analytical recruitment reports
• Proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience in the technology, manufacturing, or semiconductor industry
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation and collaborating with international teams
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficient in English
